- After receiving your payment we will prepare the hair to ship. When it’s ready I will ship it immediately and it can take 3-5 days to ship
- It takes about 2-4 days to ship to Euro, Russia, Australia, American and about 4-5 days ship to Africa.
How do you ship to me?
I will ship to you by DHL, UPS, Fedex, EMS. ( Nigeria: Besides, If you have your shipping agency in China, I will ship to your agency, then they will ship to you)

Where do you collect the hair?
Our material hair is collected from healthy donors. It guarantees the quality of our hair. All our hair is soft and shinny and can be bleach to blonde.
What is original of your hair?
Our hair is Vietnamese hair.
Can we color it?
If you want color hair by yourseft, you should get Virgin hair from one girl it is best hair for bleaching and dye hair even to blonde color.
How long do you take to make it?
In normal we often need about 5 days, but it depends on the color, the textures you need it can be longer than normal 1-2 days
Why do you charge 4% paypal fee?
In fact, Paypal charges us much about 7-8% fee in which we just want to recieve exact amount to make hair so we support you 4% and you also pay 4% to make up for this fee
Why do I have to pay bank charge when I still have to pay bank charge from my side?
Because our price is not including any fees like shipping fee or bank fee. It’s net price, and we still have to pay bank charge when we drawn money from bank about about 50-70$, so we can’t under total bank fee. If you don’t want to pay bank charge, you can do others payment: Western, Union, Money grams or Mastercard.
